Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Saute the onion in oil for about 4 minutes or until translucent.
  3. Add kale to the onion and saute for another 5 minutes, adding 1/2 cup of water, too.
  4. Add the broccoli and saute for another 2 minutes.
  5. Move the sauteed vegetables into the oiled large casserole dish.
  6. Add sour cream, flour, salt, and 1 cup of cheese. Mix.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is getting lightly brown on top.
