Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Saute the onion in butter until translucent.
  2. Add cauliflower and spices. Add one cup of water and saute for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add flour, heavy cream, sea salt and mix very well.
  4. Add 4 more cups of water and cook for about ten minutes or until the vegetables are very soft.
  5. Using an immersion blender, blend the soup until smooth.
  6. Mix in the cheese and serve.
