Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Gradually add all other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Spoon the batter onto the lightly oiled muffin tin openings so that they are 3/4 full.

  5. Bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 
  6. Remove the muffins to a rack to cool completely.
