- 1/2 cup Raw cashews presoaked for at least 4 hours, drained
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Fine sea salt
- 1.5 cups Vegan cheese ( vegan parmesan is the best, but regular vegan cheese is good, too) grated
- Blend everything until smooth.
- Warm up and serve with cooked pasta.
