Instructions

  1. Saute the onion in oil for 4 minutes.
  2. Add cauliflower and saute for another 6 minutes, or until the florets become soft, but not mushy.
  3. Add the stock, bring to a boil.
  4. Blend with an immersion blender.
  5. Add salt,pepper and spices.
