Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine the marinade ingredients. Pour over the tofu and leave alone for 2-3 hours.
  2. Layer the salad ingredients.
  3. Put the tofu on top ( drain it from the marinade first.)
  4. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and serve.
