    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Saute the onion in 3 tablespoons of oil for 4 minutes.
    3. Add peppers and kale to the onions. Add the rest of the oil and saute for another 6-7 minutes. Mix in salt and spices.
    4. Transfer the mixture to a large casserole dish. Add tomatoes.
    5. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 20 minutes.
