Vegan Sesame Cookies are a quick, calcium-rich dessert. Crunchy and sweet, they melt in your mouth.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Form balls of dough and place them 2 inches apart on parchment-covered cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cookies begin to turn light brown.
  5. Carefully, transfer to racks to cool.
