  1. Whisk all ingredients together until the batter is smooth without any lumps.
  2. Fry the crepes in butter on a very hot frying pan.
  3. After you ladle the batter onto the pan, watch for the edges of the crepe to turn light brown and for the top of the crepe to develop bubbles. When this happens, turn and cook the other side for 30 seconds.
