Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
  3. Gradually add the rest of the ingredients and mix to combine.
  4. Spoon the batter onto the lightly oiled muffin cups.
  5. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean, 15 to 20 minutes. Cool completely in the pan .
  6. Carefully slide a small spatula or knife between each muffin and the pan to pop it out.
