This vanilla ice cream recipe is incredibly simple: three ingredients and five minutes of active work is all it takes and the resulting ice cream tastes just like it should: creamy and wonderful. I use erythritol to sweeten my ice cream, but if you choose to use real sugar, it’s an option, as well.

  1. Blend heavy cream until you get whipped cream.
  2. Add everything else and mix to combine.
  3. Freeze in a Tupperware container for 3 hours to overnight.
  4. Serve!
