Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Then mix in the contents of the small bowl.
  4. Pour into lined muffin tins and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
