Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add stevia and cocoa powder.
  3. In a cup. mix gelatin wit water so that there is no lumps. Pour the mixture into the chocolate mixture and mix well.
  4. Slowly pour everything out into a cheesecake pan.
  5. Refrigerate for three hours and serve with cocoa powder or berries on top.
