  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cover the cabbage wedges with butter and 3.5 cups of parmesan.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes. Carefully flip and bake 10-15 minutes more.
  4. Cover with remaining cheese, salt, pepper and serve.
