As grain-free lifestyle is getting to be more and more in fashion, grain-free dishes are in high demand. croutons can be added to soups, salads and other dishes and making grain-free croutons is not hard at all. I use leftover Almond Bread to make them.

Grain-Free Croutons

Ingredients:

Almond Bread 

2 teaspoons Garlic powder

Optional – 2 teaspoons herbs of choice

Oive oil or avocado oil spray

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Cube the bread and put it on  a cookie tray.

Combine all other ingredients, except for the oil, and pour over the bread.

Spray the croutons with oil spray.

Bake for 15 minutes. Optional: broil for 1 minute at the end.

Cool and serve.
