Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Gently toss the cauliflower with olive oil and powdered garlic. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  3. Roast for about 35 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan and roast for another 12 minutes.
