Instructions

  1. Blend blueberries with 1/4 cup of yogurt and 1 banana. Put the mixture on the bottom of the glasses and wash the blender.
  2. Blend 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/2 banana and spinach. Put the mixture on top of the blueberry mixture and wash the blender.
  3. Blend 1/2 cup of pineapple, 1/2 banana. Put the mixture on top of the green mixture and wash the blender.
  4. Blend the mango with 1 banana. Put the mixture on top of the pineapple mixture and wash the blender.
  5. Blend strawberries with remaining yogurt and sweetener. Put on top of the mango mixture and serve.
