Ingredients:

4 cups fresh, peeled garlic cloves

4 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the garlic cloves on a cookie sheet. Add olive oil, gently toss. Roast for 20 minutes, mixing once after ten minutes.
