My new favorite non-dairy milk is the Creamy Walnut milk. It is better than almond milk or any other non-dairy milk. Ready in five minutes, this milk is absolutely wonderful in tea, coffee or cereal or just by itself. I drink this milk unstrained, but you may find straining through a fine mesh sieve necessary to filter out the small nut particles.
