    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Arrange the first six ingredients in layers.
    2. Boil some water in a pot. Drop asparagus into it. Cook for 3 minutes, drain on a colander and rinse with cold water. Put on top of the salad.
    3. Combine olive oil with lemon juice and pour the dressing over the salad.
    4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
