A  gluten-free and vegan fresh alternative to the processed breakfast serial, this nutrient-dense bowl is not only delicious, it is filling as well. Chia seeds expand in the stomach, giving one a sense of fullness after a meal, so this bowl will keep you going until lunch. This bowl can also be eaten as a snack.

The toppings I used are optional. You can also top the breakfast bowl with any fruit, berries, nuts, seeds, dry fruit, shredded coconut, etc.

  1. Blend the first three ingredients until smooth. Add 5 ice cubes and re-blend.
  2. Pour into two bowls and add toppings. Serve.
