I used FiberChoice fruity bites gummy bears to make easy and delicious popsicles full of fiber. I decided to join the FiberChoice 30-Day Get Picky Challenge to get my family healthier and eating more fiber. It is not always easy to obtain all the necessary fiber from diet alone, so supplements like FiberChoice can be helpful.

One serving of 2 Fruity Bites (no water required) contains 3 grams of great tasting inulin*, a natural dietary fiber found in fruits and vegetables.

Fiber is important because it supports your digestive tract by keeping food and nutrients moving through your system, and by helping your body to properly balance the bacteria in your colon. The intestinal tract plays an important role in maintaining the body’s immunity, and fiber can help it stay healthy and balanced. The fiber source in FiberChoice® supplements helps the immune system by stimulating the growth of “good,” healthy bacteria.

FiberChoice fruity bites do not have artificial flavors or colors in them. They are a healthy and a tasty  way to get fiber in your diet.
