Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Saute the onion in 3 tablespoons of oil for 4 minutes.
  2. Add bell pepper, saute for 3 more minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and the rest of the oil, saute for 5 more minutes, or until the tomatoes are sauce-like.
  4. Add basil, garlic, cayenne peper, salt, parsley, macaroni. Saute for another minute.
  5. Serve with grated (optionally vegan) cheese.
