Apple Cider Vinegar is a natural product with multiple amazing health benefits. 25 Healthy Ways To Use Apple Cider Vinegar:

1. As a hair conditioner/detangler. You don’t have to be a fan of the no-poo method of washing hair to appreciate the softness of the ACV hair rinse: just use it after you shampoo in place of conditioner.

2. To help with the pain of a sunburn and minimize peeling, apply ACV directly to the sunburned skin.

3. To effectively fight yeast infection, put  1 1/2 cups of ACV into a bathtub filled with warm water. Soak in this tub for 30 minutes once a day for the first 3 days of the infection.

4. To allegedly speed up metabolism and increase wight loss. Mix 2 teaspoons of ACV into a glass of water with stevia and drink 30 minutes before every meal.

5. To get rid of heartburn immediately, drink some ACV with water and raw honey.
