Easy and Healthy Pasta Sauce, vegAN and gluten-free

Easy and healthy pasta sauce can save many dinners. It can be used for pasta dishes, pizza, lasagna and more. I like to make a batch, store it in the fridge and use it over the course for five days with gluten-free pasta.

There is coconut milk in the recipe. If you don’t want to use it for some reason, substitute it with half and half.

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a small pot and cook, uncovered, on a small flame, without letting it boil and constantly mixing, for 5-7 minutes.
