Homemade kale chips are a healthy gluten-free and vegan snack. These chips are usually liked by kids and other people that don’t normally eat green things. These chips are easy to make; they are crunchy and salty. They are also rich in fiber, calcium, iron and magnesium, as well as in vitamins A, C and K. Here’s my easy recipe for baked kale chips.
