9 flavors of kale chips, gluten free and vegan

Homemade kale chips are a healthy gluten-free and vegan snack. These chips are usually liked by kids and other people that don’t normally eat green things. These chips are easy to make; they are crunchy and salty. They are also rich in fiber, calcium, iron and magnesium, as well as in vitamins A, C and K. Here’s my easy recipe for baked kale chips.

To spice things up and make these chips more interesting considering making a fresh batch of kale chips in one of the following 9 flavors:

Salt and Vinegar. Mix 2 Tablespoons of balsamic vinegar with 1 Tablespoon of dijon mustard and 1 Tablespoon of olive oil. Toss together with your kale chips.

Sour Cream and Dill.  Mix 2 Tablespoons of sour cream and with 1 Tablespoon of olive oil. Add 3 Tablespoons of fresh dill and toss your kale chips in the mixture gently until all the chips are coated.

Jalapeno.  Mix 1/4 Cup of lime juice with 2 teaspoons of jalapeno salt and 2Tablespoons of olive oil. Toss together with your kale chips.

Soy and Sesame. Combine 1 tablespoon of Bragg’s amino acids sauce, 2 Tablespoons of sesame seeds with 1 Tablespoon of sesame oil. Gently toss together with your kale chips.

This is fantastic! I want to try the sour cream and dill AND the salt and vinegar! Yummy! I usually do some Braggs on them. I want to try sour cream and some powdered ranch dressing. I am a little obsessive about Kale! Great post!
