A month ago, I wrote about my new plan to start running again and to use New-Skin® products while doing so. Running with small kids who are constantly around can be a challenge, so I managed to run a few times a week, instead of every day. I noticed how running has made my daily yoga practice stronger and this has been a bonus I did not expect when I started.
