Easy and healthy pumpkin breakfast smoothie
- 2 cups Roasted pumpkin
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 cups pumpkin seed milk chilled
- 2 Medjool dates or 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 5 ice cubes
- Blend everything until smooth. Serve.
