Vegan and gluten-free, this cookie recipe uses no flour and no sugar.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- Spoon the cookie dough onto a cookie sheet, covered with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies appear set and not mushy.
