Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie: 3 Ingredients

When it comes to baking cookies, there is nothing quite like a vegan, gluten-free and quick recipe. If it doesn’t use any flour or sugar, it is only a plus. Since my breakfast cookie  and my 1-minute cookie were such an overwhelming success on Pinterest, I decided to combine the two recipes for some really amazing Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies.

Made these tonight and they were delish! I unfortunately did not have any chocolate chips in my pantry but I ended up substituting the chips with coconut… Came out great! Perfect for the healthy food kick I am on. Thanks!

I decides to try these after I found it on Pinterest. It was quick and super easy to make. They taste great! Sweet from the banana and chocolate. It’s a healthy alternative and eager to see if my girls like it.
The only thing was- they look NOTHING like the photo posted for this recipe. My sister made them too and also nothing like the photo. I would have loved to just see the normal cookie that was baked with this recipe just to be fair and not question my own. I still think they are Yummo and will make them again. 🙂

Was this an actual photo of the cookies you made? Just made these and they definitely don’t look the same. A lot bit misleading. Halfway through mixing the three ingredients together, I realized it was too good to be true. Oh well. We’ll still eat them. 😛
