Vegan Pumpkin Smoothie

Welcome to the season of Everything Pumpkin. I made a nice gluten-free vegan pumpkin smoothie the other day: it tasted like the fall and the holidays. I especially liked the smoothie’s vibrant orange color. Next time I’ll serve this smoothie to my kids for breakfast with some pumpkin and carrot vegan muffins: I bet they’d like that.
