Homemade Snow

Homemade snow is a fun sensory project. The resulting “snow” feels just like snow, except for it’s not cold!

All you need is 2 boxes of cornstarch and 1 bottle of shaving cream.

Let your kids mix the two, using their hands. That part alone is fun enough for them!

Then, the play begins! The resulting sensory material works for building a snowman, or making snow castles. It works for writing letters with your fingers; it also works instead of play dough. It also works for snowballs! How about a snowball fight in the middle of the summer?
