Prior to giving birth to three kids and starting this blog of healthy family recipes and kids activities, I used to teach yoga. I used yoga as part of my nutritional consulting practice in NYC. For the past 16 years, I’ve been practicing yoga almost every day and it has changed my life for the better in too many ways to describe. I put some of my free yoga videos together for you here. These videos are short and you can do them anywhere, so “I don’t have time to exercise” doesn’t really work anymore!
