Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Layer the vegetables on a large plate.
  2. Wrap tofu in a towel and put under a cutting board with a few heavy books on top. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Unwrap. Cut tofu into small cubes. Preheat olive oil in a skillet. Add tofu cubes and Bragg's and saute, mixing periodically, until crusty. add more oil if tofu stick to the bottom of the pan too much. Add spices, mix gently. Place hot tofu on top of the salad. Serve immediately.
