Roasted vegetables are sweet and delicious and I make them quite a lot. This dish has cranberries. Cranberries give the sweet root veggies the special unique Christmas touch.

    1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Place the vegetables on a cookie tray. Add the cranberries. Take the rosemary leaves off the twigs and sprinkle the leaves on the veggies. Mix maple syrup and olive oil and sprinkle the mixture on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle salt and paprika on top.
