How much fun is it being a vegetarian at a Thanksgiving table? A lot, actually, provided they don’t serve you a Tofurkey, which is better to be used as a football, in my opinion. Well, maybe I didn’t prepare Tofurkey right, but it tasted seriously vile two years ago. Here’s the result of my search through the blog-o-land to find you the best vegetarian and vegan recipes for Thanksgiving. Even if you don’t want to do a fully vegetarian Thanksgiving, you can find many recipes for healthy side dishes to put on your holiday table.
