applesI went around the blogosphere today and found some wonderful snack recipes for Halloween:

Kat Health Corner suggests homemade banana chips -yum!

Against All Grain made vegan pumpkin spice ice cream to die for.

A Girl and Her Carrot made Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Pie Granola Globes -yum!

The Accidental Glutton made a fall  classic – roasted pumpkin seeds.

Baker Barth made Oatmeal Spheres that look ridiculously easy and delicious at the same time.

My Treat Life made Cinnamon Apple Chips. Can you imagine how nice did her kitchen smell afterwards?

Roslyn Street Cafe made Granola Bars and they look spectacular!

Masarapdin baked an Almond Mini Cake. I would try it with coconut oil instead of butter, agave and ground flaxseed instead of sugar and eggs to make it perfectly healthy.

And finally, Green Monster Movement made some… Green Monsters, of course! They are smoothies, don’t be scared!

What are some of your favorite healthy Halloween snacks?
