Breakfast Oat Blueberry Smoothie

If you’ve ever been in a hurry in the morning, you’d appreciate this recipe. It includes every  component of a healthy breakfast and takes precisely 4 minutes to make. You can even enjoy this  nutritious breakfast smoothie in your car. Kids would appreciate it, too.

Avocado gives this drink a creamy consistency, fiber, potassium, folate and vitamins B, C and K. Its flavor is overpowered by berries and bananas, so don’t worry. Blueberries are full of antioxidants, oats provide extra fiber and protein, banana is good for potassium and flax seeds give you some extra omega 3 fatty acids. I also like to stick a kale leaf or two in this drink, for extra nutrients.
