What a great deal! My current goal is to tone up my post pregnancy body, then maintain a fit & healthy body. I could also use the calming effect & stress reduction from doing yoga.

I have to strengthen my IT Bands in the next month so I can go through surgery to fix my hip joint. When I was in the Army I wound up hurting my hip but the docs could never figure out what it was until recently when they decided to try an Angiogram and found out that the cartilage in my right hip joint was torn causing extreme pain (that I’ve had for a lil over 7 years now) and now they can fix it but I have one other hurdle to jump over which is strengthening my IT Bands (which really hurts to exorcise) but a friend told me that a good way to do it is Yoga and could cause me less pain than traditional exercise. I ran across this on one of my blogger friends blog and so I decided to enter! But ultimately I would love to loose 10 pounds and strengthen my core! My hubby’s currently deployed to Afghanistan so I have a lot of time on my hands! 🙁
