healthy cookie

Everyone loves cookies, but not everyone knows how to make healthy cookies. I’ve been surfing through some blogs and sites to find you good healthy cookie recipes (I can’t wait to try those myself!)

First of all, here are some of my personal favorites:

Avocado Cookies

Buckwheat Cookies

Raw Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Oatmeal, Raisin, Cranberry Cookies

And here are some recipes I haven’t tried yet:

Date and Banana Cookies

Pumpkin cookies (I would substitute the chocolate chips with something else. Do you have any ideas?)

New Moon Quinoa Coconut Cookies  from Simple Spoonful: I can’t wait to try these! The recipe seems very original and healthy.

Raw Buckwheat Fruit Cookies – this recipe seems great!

Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies from Recipe Girl are great if you like a simple, classic cookie. I would use olive oil, instead of canola oil, though.

Healthy Sugar Cookies from a dentist’s blog.

Vegan Teff Almond Butter Cookies, Sandwiched With Ice Cream by Simply Sugar and Gluten-Free. These cookies look heavenly!

Cocoa Bean Cookie Truffles from Lexi’s Kitchen. I am afraid to make those, as I might devour them all, and the cookie tray, too! They look absolutely yummy!

Vegetable Cookies from Kayotic. This recipe is a bit weird, but healthy and interesting: just the way I like it.
