Once I learned how easy it is to bake bread, nothing could stop me. So, I baked the same bread, using  100% rye flour and a handful of sunflower seeds. The bread turned out hearty and chewy. It had that crispy, heavy realness, which creates a true “homemade” taste.

So, I put it to a good use and made a nice vegetarian sandwich.
